Magnum Torch

The Magnum Torch is a craftable utility block which grants protection from creature spawns within a 32 block radius of its origin.

The Magnum Torch will ensure that no natural spawns can occur within the protected region. When in effect, particles will orbit around the area of protection. It is possible for protection areas to overlap, though a new torch may not be constructed within the protection area of an existing torch. In other words, multiple torches cannot exist in a 32 radius area together.

At the moment, players are allowed to have a maximum of 4 torches. In the future, this limit may be increased. Additionally, it may be possible for the torch to be upgraded at a later date. At the moment, this is not possible.
