Tape Measure

A tape measure can be used to measure the block distance between two points.

Operation

The tape measure has two modes: 2D and 3D. To toggle between these modes, you may shift-right-click to toggle. As the name of the modes imply, 2D will measure the two-dimensional distance between the points (ignoring vertical distance) while 3D will measure the square distance between them.
